I'm supposed to be ready. But I'm not. My annoucements arrived yesterday, but all my paperwork isn't in order yet.

Paperwork schmaperwork. Your biggest concern at this time should be what you're going to write in tape on your mortarboard and will that be big enough for people in the arena to read.
